Terme di Salice - Steam Zone

Within the thermal wellbeing area is a silent, tepid oasis, where steam, dimmed lights and delicate fragrances reign supreme.
This is the steam zone, a detoxifying course particularly suited to expel toxins, purify the organism and prepare it to receive all the benefits of a massage or aesthetic treatment.

The course begins with a session in the Turkish bath, a proper steam bath at a temperature of approximately 45°. The high humidity level and relatively moderate temperature make this a particularly pleasant treatment. It is of great benefit to the skin which, at the end of the session, is extraordinarily soft and silky.

To follow, after a fresh, regenerating shower, you move on to the sauna, an area of dry heat with a decidedly higher temperature of between 80 and 90°.

The course ends with a eucalyptus-scented shower and the lively effects of chromotherapy, followed by a rest in the relaxation room to drink a tisane.
